Job Description

Restaurant Auditors conduct Service, Quality, & Systems Audit to different Cafes & Kiosks focusing on Front and Back of the House Operations and ensures that all Standards, Policies, and Processes are met by the Operations Team.


Responsibilities

  • Conducts store visits & validation audits on processes, facilities, machines, equipment, and waste management practices.
  • Verifies the document production process to ensure compliance with established procedures and standards.
  • Communicates audit findings by preparing reports.
  • Monitors and enforces compliance with sanitation laws, regulatory bodies, and management policies.
  • Investigates customer complaints and non-conformance.
  • Develops, recommends, and monitors corrective and preventive actions.
  • Provide improvement on Quality Management by reviewing and assisting in the development of Systems & Processes that would contribute to the improvement of the store's overall quality and service.
  • Performs other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology or any science-based related course.
  • With at least 1 year of relevant work experience.
  • With knowledge in food safety practices/GMP/HACCP/FSSC.
  • Knowledge in conducting Corrective and Preventive Action reports (CAPA).
  • Has excellent oral and written communication skills with critical thinking skills.
  • Has strong analytical skills and proactively resolve problems.
  • Willing to accept a store-based assignment (either of the ff: Pasay, Manila, Quezon City or Pasig Area - General NCR Area and North/South Luzon)
  • Willing to do field work for at least 50-75% of the time and report in our secondary office location at ARCA South, Taguig City 1-4x or more per month depending on need.
