Job Description
Our Warehouse Admin (Control Tower Coordinators) ensure that all requests from and deliverables for multiple stakeholders and clients are met on a timely and efficient manner. They work with internal partners such as logistics to deliver cafes, kiosks, and operations' requests so that receivers can in turn provide the goodness of home to our valued customers.

Job Responsibilities:
Provides product / services information, answers queries, and resolves any emerging problems with accuracy and efficiency.
Performs troubleshooting and investigates incident.
Identifies and assesses customer needs.
Builds sustainable relationships and trust with internal client accounts.
Provides accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Handles internal client complaints, provides appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limit/s; follows up to ensure resolution.
Adheres to communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
Maintains records of internal client interactions, processes internal client accounts and file documents.
Performs other tasks assigned by their immediate supervisor.
Qualifications and Requirements
Qualifications:
Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in any business/office management related course
Has 2-3 years of work experience as customer support/client service representative
Working knowledge on MS Office applications
Has strong multitasking and time management skills
Willing to work on a 6-day work week, can report during holidays and render overtime when needed, and be on a shifting schedule when needed.
Willing to be assigned at our Head Office located at Marian Road 2, San Martin de Porres, Paranaque City
