Baked Goods - Our Baked Goods are baked fresh daily and made of the finest and delicate ingredients. If you plan to take them with you on a trip, ensure that they are hand carried and not exposed to extreme temperatures and/or heat or elements.

Cakes - Our cakes are prepared fresh daily by loving hands and made of the purest and premium ingredients sans preservatives. During extremely humid months in the summer (March to May) they have a tendency to melt faster than others. We recommend to handle them with extreme care during transit/travel. Store them chilled and consume within declared shelf life on the packaging. Insulated cake bags are available for transport in case you plan to bring them on a long drive or trip. Inform our cafes if you are planning to take them with you on a flight. Our cakes can withstand 3-4 hr travel packed in insulated bags and hand carried with care.

- Storage - Please keep your cake chilled (0-4 deg C) to maintain the quality of the cake and the icing.
- Transporting your cake - We recommend using / booking an air-conditioned car, and placing the cake on a flat surface inside the car.
- Expiry date - See production sticker on the baseboard of the cake. *To ensure the cake is stable, we have placed 3 dowells inside all our cakes (4 inches or higher). The dowells are food-grade paper straws which you can remove at your own convenience.

A: From Manila, our Ensaymadas and Cheese Rolls can survive if hand-carried. Below are a few notes on how to best store the products while in transit:
- i. Please keep the products in cool temperature no higher than 28 C.
- ii. Keep the products away from direct sunlight.
- iii. Once at home, consume the products immediately or store in a chiller to retain its freshness.
- iv. Upon serving, microwave at lowest heat for 10-15 seconds.
A: We have insulated bags for frozen or chilled cakes. Our insulated bags with gel ice packs are not intended to freeze our products thus it only holds our frozen cakes in their current state for up to a maximum of 4 hours.
A: Food served here may contain as an ingredient, or may have come into contact with any of the following during handling: peanuts, tree nuts, poultry, eggs, dairy, fish, crustacean, shellfish, molluscs, celery and mustard seeds. We cannot guarantee the absence of allergens. Check below allergens per food item of our Baked Goods menu.
A: Mary Grace products are NOT Halal certified. All our products have animal derivatives (i.e Milk, Eggs, Cheese) and some products have alcohol as part of its ingredients (i.e. Tiramisu, Mocha Cake, Sans Rival, Fruit Cake).

A: Domestic or international shipping is also something we do not offer. However, if you or any of your friends or family members are flying out via NAIA Terminal 3, please do drop by our Cafe at the 4th Floor Departure Hall and feel free to make your purchases from there.
Our celebration cake will take a seat back for now. We will accommodate orders starting January 4, 2021.
